- 4 medium russet potatoes
- extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt
Optional Toppings
- butter
- sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- bacon bits
- chives, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Poke each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and season generously with sea salt. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 45–60 min, until fork-tender and skin is crisp.
- Slice open, fluff the insides, and serve with desired toppings.
