- ¼ cup butter
- 5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Variant
- ¼ cup butter
- 5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 cups cinnamon toast crunch
- 2 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla, then fold in cereal until well coated.
- Press into a greased 13x9” pan with a buttered spatula.
- Cool and cut into bars.
Notes
- Tip: Grease the spatula before pressing — butter wrapper or waxed paper works too.
