Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ¼ jalapeño, sliced into 4 discs
  • 4 frozen hash browns
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook hash browns according to package instructions until crispy.

  2. Mash avocados, red onion, lime juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper with a fork until smooth.

  3. Top each hash brown with guacamole and a jalapeño slice. Serve immediately.
