- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ¼ jalapeño, sliced into 4 discs
- 4 frozen hash browns
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Cook hash browns according to package instructions until crispy.

Mash avocados, red onion, lime juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper with a fork until smooth.
