Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp mushroom powder (optional)
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine all spices in a bowl and mix well.
Notes
- Usage: Use 1–2 tbsp per pound of meat.
- Liquid: Add ¼ cup water or broth when cooking, increase as needed.
- Storage: Keeps in a dark pantry up to 6 months.
