Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (full-fat)
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
- 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp za’atar seasoning
- pinch of dried oregano
Directions
- Smash garlic into a smooth paste with a mortar and pestle.
- Combine garlic paste, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, za’atar, and oregano in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.

- Storage: Keep sealed in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
